Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk is a complete milk replacer trusted for over a century. It contains superior amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to create a fully balanced feed.

Made from gentle, highly digestible whey, it closely matches natural mother’s milk. Ultra-filtration boosts protein levels, and slow drying preserves protein quality.

The formula includes DHA, proven to support brain and eye development. You can use Lactol for newborn puppies, weaning puppies, pregnant or lactating mothers, or sick and recovering dogs.

Instructions

Always read the product label before use.

1. Add the required scoops of Lactol Puppy Milk to warm water (use boiled, cooled water).

2. Stir until fully dissolved. Cool to 38°C (blood temperature) before feeding.

3. Use clean, sterile feeding tools such as the Beaphar Feeding Set or Feeding Syringes.

4. Older dogs can take Lactol mixed with cold water.

5. Refrigerate prepared Lactol for up to 24 hours. Reheat to 38°C before feeding young puppies.

Feeding as a Complete Diet (Un-weaned Puppies)

Daily weighing is essential. Compare weight gain with breeder or vet growth charts.

Dilution for 250g/500g packs:
7 level scoops + 100 ml warm water
1 litre prepared Lactol = approx. 1250 kcal

Feeding Guide

After day 28:
Start mixing Lactol with puppy food to begin weaning.

Weaning Support

Mix prepared Lactol with a small amount of puppy food.
Increase solid food daily while reducing the milk.

Complementary Feeding

Puppies under 8 weeks
Up to 40 ml/kg (in addition to mother’s milk).
