Welcome to Furrfab. By visiting our store, purchasing pet care items, booking tele-consultations, or creating a pet health vault account, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Customer Accounts & Pet Vault Security

When setting up a Furrfab Sanctuary profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that all information entered (including pet allergies, vaccination logs, and delivery address) is accurate and current.

• • Furrfab reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized resale or fraudulent activity.

3. Product Pricing, Taxes & Subscriptions

All prices on Furrfab are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Recurring auto-replenishment subscriptions receive an automated 15% discount and can be paused, modified, or cancelled anytime with zero penalty prior to scheduled monthly dispatch.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders exceeding ₹1000 qualify for Free Express Delivery across India. Standard orders carry a ₹79 flat delivery fee. Cash on Delivery is permitted up to ₹5,000 for verified residential pincodes.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

In accordance with our 7-Day Guarantee, unopened food bags, supplements with tamper seal intact, and defective items will be replaced or refunded with zero return courier charges. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

All brand trademarks, logo assets, UI designs, and product descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of Vetecura Life Sciences Private Limited (Trade Name: Furrfab). These terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction situated in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
